Support Desk

Use your accounts as an embedded Telegram client: a person reads the chats and a person replies. Three columns: left = accounts, middle = chats, right = chat window.

Chats and messages always go to Telegram live, and no copy is stored locally: read a message on your phone and the red dot here clears too. The only things stored on this machine are which accounts are connected, the auto-reply configuration and the quick replies.

Connect accounts

Connect accounts (接入账号) at the top right: tick from the logged-in accounts. The left column lists only connected accounts.

Once connected, an account keeps listening: it receives messages after you leave this page, reconnects automatically when the app restarts, and is not affected by "go offline automatically when a task finishes". Untick it to remove it; clicking Go offline (下线) in the account library also removes it.

The red dot on Support Desk (客服管理) in the sidebar = some connected account has messages that need a reply.

What the unread badge counts

The badge is not "all unread"; it is messages that need a person to reply:

Chat typeCounted in the badge
Private chatAll unread
Group / channelUnread mentions only (@me, or someone replying to my message)

When all unread messages come from muted chats, the badge shrinks to a grey dot and the count moves to the tooltip.

Right-click an account row to Clear all unread for this account (清空该账号全部未读); the icon at the top of the left column clears it for all accounts.

Chat list

Two segments: Dialogs (对话框), which can be filtered by All / Users / Groups / Channels (全部 / 用户 / 群组 / 频道), and Contacts (联系人), where clicking a person opens a private chat directly.

Search does not only filter the chats already loaded; older chats found by the backend are appended after them.

Right-click a chat row: Mark as read (标记已读), Pin (置顶), Mute (免打扰). The last two are account-level settings and apply on your phone too; non-Premium accounts can pin at most 5.

Chat window

The header shows the other party's online status; click the @username to copy it. You can load earlier messages, search within the chat and mark everything as read.

Input area: Enter sends, Shift+Enter inserts a line break. The buttons, in order: send image, send sticker, send voice message, Rich text editor (富文本编辑; Rich message, requires Premium). A row of quick replies (快捷话术) always sits above the input area: click one to put it into the input box, and use Manage (管理) at the end to add, delete and reorder them.

Media

Click an image to enlarge it; it can be saved. Videos, documents and audio show as file cards. They cannot be played inside the app, but all of them can be saved with Save as (另存为).

The gear icon in the header sets auto-download:

ItemDefault
Photos / Files (voice, video, etc.) (照片 / 文件)Both on
File size limit (文件大小限制)1 MB (1–100)
Applies to (生效范围)Private chats only. Groups and channels do not auto-download by default

Anything not auto-downloaded shows a placeholder and loads only when clicked. With many connected accounts and many groups, don't turn it on for groups and channels.

First-message auto-reply

Auto-reply (自动回复) in the top bar. One configuration, shared by all connected accounts.

What counts as a first message: in a private chat the other party sends a message, and the 30 messages above it contain nothing they said. If you wrote first, their first reply counts too. Groups, channels, bots and official Telegram notifications get no reply.

The reply is one of four: text / image (with optional caption) / voice message / sticker. Text can be imported from Materials. Changes apply to the very next message.

Backfill missed replies

Backfill missed replies… (补发漏回…) at the bottom of the auto-reply dialog: scans for private chats where the other party said their first message within the last 24 hours and you still have not replied at all, and lists them. Nothing is sent until you tick and confirm; what is sent is the saved auto-reply content. Within one account they go out one by one, 4 seconds apart.

Where it fits: auto-reply was turned on only later, or the app was closed overnight.

How it relates to other features

Support Desk uses the same accounts, but it takes no part in performances, broadcasts or DMs. The app itself sets no rate limit; when sending too fast runs into Telegram's FLOOD_WAIT, that account cools down in every feature at once.
