Run Your First Scheduled Broadcast
Prerequisite: 1 logged-in account that is already in at least one group.
Step 1: Create a task
Sidebar Scheduled Broadcast (定时群发) → New task (新建任务) at the top right.
-
Task name (任务名): anything, for example
Test -
Sending account (发送账号): pick the logged-in account
-
Target groups (目标群组): the list is fetched live; check one group that you can see yourself
-
Text (文案) (checked by default): write one line
{Good morning|Morning all} {群名}, today is {日期}{A|B}picks one segment at random each time;{群名}(group name) and{日期}(date) are replaced at send time -
Send time (发送时间): choose Now (立即)
-
Save task (保存任务)
Step 2: Check the result
Back in the list, the task is first Sending (发送中), then turns to Sent (已发). Click Send log (发送记录) in the actions column and expand it to see whether this group Succeeded (成功), Failed (失败) or was Skipped (跳过). A failure carries the original error text returned by Telegram.
Step 3: Make it recurring
A Sent task cannot be edited. Click Duplicate (复制) to get a copy, and edit that:
| Item | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Send time | Recurring (循环) → time window (时间窗), for example 09:00 – 11:00: sends once a day at a random moment within those two hours |
| Multi-group sending (多群发送) | Keep Sequential (依次), with an interval of 30 seconds or more |
| Minimum messages in between (最小间隔消息数) | 10: if others have posted fewer than 10 messages in the group since the last send, this group is skipped this time, so you are not talking to yourself in a dead group |
| Content (内容) | Write several lines of text; also check Reaction (表情回应), which when drawn only adds a reaction to the newest message in the group and sends no new message |
After saving, the status is Recurring (循环中).
Trigger times missed while the app is closed are not made up. Checking more content types does not send more messages at once either: each group draws only one type each time, see Broadcast content.
